Exchange Ambulance of the Islips 5k

Exchange Ambulance is a volunteer emergency medical service located in East Islip. With 150 volunteer members, Exchange Ambulance of the Islips provides 24/7 Emergency Medical Service (EMS) coverage to 45,000 residents across approximately twenty square miles, including four fire districts, two school districts, Heckscher State Park, and portions of Connetquot State Park.  Exchange Ambulance also provides EMS assistance to the residents of Fire Island via the Suffolk County Police Department's Marine Bureau.  All proceeds from this event will support Exchange Ambulance, a non profit organization, in its mission to provide the best possible care for our community. 

Packet pick up will be available race morning 8:00-8:45 am at race site.

DAY OF REGISTRATION WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE 8:00-8:45am CASH ONLY
