WOD RUN III will be a true test of your functional fitness as athletes push the limits of their capacity for endurance running by taking on three workouts spaced throughout a 5K.
WORKOUTS WILL BE IN TRUE WORKHORSE STYLE
- transporting a load
- dragging tires
- a sandbag carry
Workouts are a few minutes in length and achievable for all fitness levels.

Description
WOD RUN III, brought to you by Athletes Unleashed , Zelasko Soft Tissue and Spine, and Hamm and Fattey’s Beer Company will be a true test of your functional fitness as participants push the limits of their capacity for endurance running by taking on three workouts spaced throughout a 5K.
WORKOUTS WILL BE IN TRUE WORKHORSE STYLE and may include:
Transporting a load, dragging, pushing, digging, and other yard-work type exercises.
Workouts are a few minutes in length and scalable for all fitness levels.
Heats will be organized by 5K time and be sent off every 12 minutes, starting at 1800. Runners will receive beer at the Hamm and Fattey’s beer tent and we will have Lomo Lomo food truck on location. Grab your friends for a fun summer fitness event!
