Description
Half and Full Marathon Training Plans that will take you through your entire training cycle.
GOALS
Achieve your Performance Related goals by getting faster, stronger, and staying healthy. Work to accomplish a personal record in your half or full marathon.
Many training plans focus on mileage and leave out the focused coaching in two important areas of training: cross
training and speed work. The training plans we have formed are customizable to you but they are intended for athletes looking to get the most out of their races and have some experience running. These programs are specifically looking for those who are trying to improve their time and perform at a higher level.
We are committed to working to get you stronger, keep you healthy, have you complete the program while setting a PR in the process.
SCHEDULE:
TUESDAY: 6 pm Speed Workout at Rochester Running Company with Andrew Macmillan
THURSDAY: 5:30 pm Strength Training with Sweat Gym + Fitness
SATURDAY: 7:30 am Paced Long Group Run @ Rochester Running Company
FEATURES OF PROGRAM:
- Tuesday workouts with speed coach Andrew Macmillan
- Thursday group workouts with strength coach at Sweat Gym + Fitness
- Customized plan tailored to you and your goals
- Training booklet with weekly tips, advice, and coupons
- Coach's email for direct contact for questions
- Involvement with paced group long runs on Saturday
- Other optional days to run with store (Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday)
- Private Facebook group
- Rochester Running Company shirt
COST
Half Marathon PR Training Programs: $110
Full Marathon PR Training Programs: $135
This is a no risk program. Don't complete your goal race? Defer your training to a future fall or spring program for a nominal change fee.
