Description
THIS IS A Do-It-Yourself RUN OR WALK RACE IN SUPPORT OF BASIC LITERACY. CONTESTANTS GET TO CHOOSE FROM SEVERAL ROUTES AND ALSO GET TO CHOOSE THE BEST DATE AND TIME (October 10 through October 16) IN ORDER TO RUN OR WALK. TIME-KEEPING WILL BE ON AN HONOR SYSTEM. $15 A PERSON WITH PROCEEDS GOING TO WARDER LITERACY CENTER. (PETS AND STROLLERS WELCOME, OF COURSE!)
Every finisher who sends a picture will get a medal! Pictures will also be used to award "best of" several classes.
ON YOUR CHOSEN RACE DAY:

Go to the start location of your chosen route

Start your clock and go

Stop the clock when you finish

Snap your picture on location
