Fleet Feet P.E.

You're working from home. The kids are coloring on the walls. You're ordering your groceries online. Feeling restless anyone?!? Needing some community and accountability for staying active? You’re in luck – school’s now in session.

Introducing, Fleet Feet P.E. (Physical Education): A group that is designed to inspire you, keep you moving, and connect you with a supportive community of active people during a time that we’re not able to meet in person!

We’ll “meet” for 4 weeks from May 4th to June 3rd. You’ll receive a weekly email with tips, tricks and a workout plan for the whole week, a Fleet Feet P.E. tee, and we’ll do two weekly live video workouts together! Our live video workouts will be Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Thursdays at 9:00am. Miss the workout? Fear not, you can replay them at a time that aligns with your schedule.

Our goal with this group is to keep our community TOGETHER and MOVING. There are no pace or experience requirements for this group – all we ask for is positivity. So, dust off those trainers, pull out your gym shorts, the school bell’s ringing!

Speaking of school, are you kids just as restless as you?! Need a little help getting them to burn off some energy? Our live workouts are designed to be fun for you or fun for the whole family!

In addition to the live workouts we will provide you with an abbreviated training scheduled to get you geared up for My Big Run. We will include options each week for what to do. These will be our “classes”:

E. 101 – perfect for a beginner runner or walker. Workouts will be 2-3 days a week, 30-40 minutes each time. (you’ll have 2 virtual with the group, 1 suggested easy run/walk on your own)
E. 201 – Intermediate level runner or walker. Workouts will be 3-4 days a week, 40-60 minutes each time. (you’ll have 2 virtual with the group, 1-2 easy runs/walks on your own)
E. 301 – “Run a little more” plan. Workouts will be 4-6 days a week, 40-60 minutes each time. (you’ll have 2 virtual with the group, 2-4 easy runs/walks on your own)
