Description
8th Annual Run 4 the Turkeys 5K Run-Walk Thanksgiving Morning
Come out Thursday, Nov. 24, for the 7th annual Kids 1/2-Mile Dash & the 5K benefitting the Veterans Food Pantry and the West Ohio Food Bank. Kids 1/2-miler kicks of at 09:30; the 5K starts at 10 a.m. rain or shine! Please bring canned and non-perishable food donations to help families in Allen County!
Place: Ottawa Metro Park in Bath Township, 2632 Ada Road, Lima.
Cost: Kids Dash $10 with a race shirt, $5 without shirt; 5K Kids & Adults $22 with shirt, $12 without shirt. Entries must be received by Nov. 11, 2016 for shirt guarantee.
Prizes: Top-Three Overall, Men and Women, will each get a turkey! Where else can you can take your prize home and eat it? All age group winners will each win a highly desirable Turkey Pot Pie. More info and electronic sign-up at run4turkeys.com.
