Heroes 4 Health Trail Run

Caring Hands Healthcare Centers welcomes you to join us for the 3rd Annual Heroes 4 Health Trail Run at Arrowhead State Park.  This event brings together a scenic and challenging trail run and a great cause of supporting our frontline healthcare workers and first responders.

Location:   Arrowhead State Park - Echo Ridge Campground.  More information about parking, course maps, etc., will be emailed to runners and posted on social media the week of the run.  

Date: September 30th 2023

Time: Gates open at 7:00am - 5k & 10k starts at 8:00am - Fun Run starts at 8:15am. Fun run will be a loop around racing headquarters. 

- Winner for Best Dressed!! Don't forget to show your patriotism!!

- 5k Cost: Pre-registration fee is $25.  Race Day Registration is $30

- 10k Cost: Pre-registration fee is $35.  Race Day Registration is $40

- Fun Run Cost: Pre-registration fee is $15.  Race Day Registration is $20

- Shirt Deadline: All participants signed up by August 30th will get a guaranteed shirt.  Shirts for September signups are first come first serve. 

- Awards:  All 5k & 10k finishers will get a custom cast medal finisher medal.
