This clinic is for all current 2025 RunnersWorld Tulsa Training participants!
Join us for a 30-45 minute nutrition clinic with our Sports Dietitian, Sloan Taylor
Saturday, January 11th
9:30 am at Runners World Tulsa, 3920 S Peoria Tulsa OK 74105
She is a Board Certified Sports Dietitian employed by both Saint Francis Hospital and also the University of Tulsa.
Sloan has completed 12 Marathons and 117 Half Marathons to date and is training with us for OKC

- Weight gain vs weight loss as your mileage increases
- Recovery foods: Protein or carb, or is it both?
- Is weight loss recommended while training?
- What’s the difference between weight management and managing my weight?
- Is the practice of intermittent-fasting an issue?
