February race cancelled
RD Frosty here! I am sad to report that we must cancel our final Ice Scraper 5k, February 1.
While I am loving these weather conditions, they are not ideal for all of my human friends. Real feel temps will range from 1° - 3° with wind gusts up to 20 mph.
Once sub-zero temps hit, it takes about 30-minutes for exposed skin to get frostbite. Exposed skin in cold, windy weather is most vulnerable to frostbite. Frostbite can occur on skin covered by gloves or other clothing in extreme cold.

Description
A no-frills race in Lehigh Parkway. We run in fog, snow, and rain. If it is deemed our course is ice covered we will divert to the main roads. There are no awards but you will have bragging rights for running in cold weather.
Time: Check-in, 8:30-9:45 am; Race start, 10:00 a.m.
No Race Day Registration
Location: LVRR Clubhouse, Lehigh Parkway
Time Limit: 60 minutes (19:35 minute mile)
