Coached Pool Swim Sessions, Summer 2023 (May 28 - Sep 2)

Please note that these registrations are NOT reciprocal with Upper Merion long course pool swims, open water training swims, or any other FCR events.

2. RESERVE YOUR TIME SLOT AFTER registering 

*AFTER YOU COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION, YOU'LL RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL PROMPTING YOU TO RESERVE A LANE ON SIGNUPGENIUS.  Please follow those instructions.  No reservation = no swim.  Payment is required in full before making a reservation.

Reservation Policy: Time slots must be reserved via SignUpGenius AFTER registering and payment. No reservation changes may be made within 24 hours of the practice time. Reservation NO SHOWS will result in a deduction of a session from your weekly allotment.

This registration link is for pool sessions at various times/locations throughout the Summer 2023 (NOT TO INCLUDE UPPER MERION).  During the summer months, pool temperatures vary with ambient temperature.  There are locker room, shower, and bathroom facilities at most locations.  We may have up to 6 swimmers per lane.  Expect to share a lane with up to 5 other swimmers (of similar abilities) at a time.  Circle swimming is required.  Time slots must be reserved AFTER registering. 

Train for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition.  Pool workouts are held year round.  Location times and schedule may change, so stay tuned on our Facebook Group for updates!  Our participants come in all ages, abilities, and experience levels.  Only pre-requisite is that you should be able to complete a 25 yard/meter lap of the pool without stopping.  Kids under 14 years old must have a parent on deck to supervise.

• Sun 6:30-8AM

More sessions may be added as pool availability opens up.

*Practice times may vary on holidays, due to weather conditions, etc.  Please check the Facebook Group regularly to stay posted.

Upper Merion Long Course Swims (separate registration):

• Mon 8-9:30PM
• Thurs 8-9:30PM
• Fri 6-7:30AM **Starting 6/16
• Sat 8:30-10AM

Cost is as follows:
$15 per drop in session (cash and late payments invoiced at $20 per session)
$150 for once a week up to 14 sessions (*as low as $11 per session)
$275 for 2-3 swims per week up to 42 sessions (*as low as $7 per session)
$400 for unlimited swims (*as low as $6 per session)

Private Lessons, Video Analysis, and Swim/Tri Coaching also available with Coach John Kenny for an additional charge.   John is a 5-time US National Champion and 7-time US National Team member in open water swimming.
