Veteran Help Point 5k Race and Challenge Run

The first annual 5k Race and Challenge Run is kicking off to help raise money for Veteran Help Point and our mission to connect veterans and their families to local help and resources via an online database. 

This race features a relatively flat gravel course on Lake Trail Loop at Shawnee State Park in beautiful Bedford County, PA. For runners who want to put their athleticism to the test, sign up for the Challenge Run. 

The Challenge Run is the same course as the 5k Race with the addition of challenging exercises (burpees, squats, pushups) at every half mile in honor of veterans who have been nominated by the community. 

Runners, Walkers and Challengers who pre-register by May 30th are guaranteed a race shirt in their size they selected. Those who register after may not be guaranteed due to ongoing supply chain issues.
