Run with HOPE

Details: This year's Run with HOPE can be completed either in-person on August 19th at Tyson Park, or virtually between August 13th-August 18th at the time and place of your choosing. See details for each option below.

In Person: Join us on August 19th at Tyson Park for the in-person 5K and 10K. Pick up your packet and shirt beginning at 6:30 AM. The race begins at 8 AM. Join us at HOPE (right across the street!) following the race for an open house and refreshments to learn more about how your dollars impact Knoxville.

Virtual: Can't join us on August 19th? You can still participate! Complete your 5K or 10K anytime between August 13th-August 18th. When you sign up for either the virtual 5K or the 10K, you will be given the option to text or email in your results. Follow the instructions during set-up, and when you complete your time be sure to text/email your results to qualify for prizes. Virtual prizes and in-person prizes will be separate.

Registration and Entry Fee: $25 per participant. Only registered participants will receive a shirt and goody bag and be qualified for prizes.

Teams: $20/participant for teams of 10+. A prize will be awarded to the largest team.

Fundraisers: Join us in reaching our goal of $20,000! Become an individual fundraiser when you register to participate in the race OR create a fundraising page even if you aren't participating in the race!

T-Shirts: Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Please choose size when registering. We cannot guarantee preferred sizes if registering after August 1.

Packet Pick-Up: August 18th between 9 am - 1 pm at HOPE, or prior to the race on August 19th beginning at 6:30 am. HOPE's address is 2700 Painter Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37919.

In-Person Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for both the 5K and the 10K.

Virtual Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the 1st place winners for both the 5K and the 10K.
