HOW DOES IT WORK?
Most importantly, have fun. The goal is to keep track of what you do, motivate yourself, and maybe even learn something about who you are as an athlete. You can track your miles any way you want and with any device you want. You can run anywhere you want.. your local trails, or even a treadmill! You can submit your miles through this website. An email will be sent you upon registration about how to enter your miles; Its a quick and easy process.
