Join us at Cullen Park Community West to support our Scholarship Fundraiser benefiting Houston first-generation college students.
HACEMOS, Association of Communications Employees, is a non-profit 501c(3), non-partisan organization.
HACEMOS means “We Do”
We award $1,500 to two-year college students and $2,500 to four-year college students that are selected in the next-year scholarship program application.
The HACEMOS Houston Board and 5k Run & Walk Committee would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation in advance for your support.

Check-in: Participant check-in and packet pickup (bibs and shirts) will start at 8:30 am; on race day.
Race start: The race starts at 9:00 am.
Finish line: Medals giveaway for the participants
Snacks: Snacks and water will be provided for the participants only.
Prizes: Will be given after the race
Event end: The event will end at 11 am

Important for in person: No pets or baby strollers are allowed due to insurance policy and the park trail management.
We will offer a custom bib and a memorable High-quality unisex T-shirt included with the registration (please check the deadline to receive a shirt with the registration).
The order deadline for shirts is September 30th.
Due to printing and delivery delays,
participants who registered after September 30th, will not receive a shirts.
We will place an order for more shirts on a first-come, first-served basis during check-in, until they’re all gone.
Race day, October 12, will be the time for packet collection. Starting at 8:30 a.m.
Raceday registration is available.

Early Registration Discount Period Opens - Aug 1st to Aug 31st ($37)
In-Person 5K 1st Price Increase - Aug 16th to Aug 31st ($43)
In-Person 5K 2nd Price Increase - Sept 1st to Oct 11th ($45)
VIRTUAL RUN:
No awards, prices or shirts are included with the registration fee of $20.
