The ONE VOICE 10,000-Mile Challenge, by F3 Lubbock

Hey everyone! Please join F3 Lubbock for our first-ever week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 10,000 miles together as a group. It's all for a great cause—raising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in our community.

Throughout the week of October 6-12, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!

Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for One Voice, a nonprofit in Lubbock, TX that supports survivors of human trafficking from our community. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!

One Voice is a Haven for survivors of sex trafficking to begin their unique Journey of healing.

The Journey Program is a Supervised Independent Living program for female survivors 18 to 25 years of age. The program is a home-style living environment that can serve four women at a time. We have expanded this program to two houses. One house has 24/7 staff care, and the second house has 24/7 on-call staff.

The Haven Program is a minor program for female survivors 12 to 18 years of age. This program is still in the process of coming to life, as working with minors requires a state license. This program will have a similar home-style living environment as Journey, but will include more
structured classes and requirements to keep these young ladies on track in their healing process.

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.

The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

Our workouts …
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.
