Description
We are back on Saturday, June 7th, 2025 at Panorama Farms off Earlysville Road at their wonderful championship cross country course.
Panorama Farms is a privately owned farm of 850 acres located off Earlysville Road, approximately six miles from the Grounds of the University of Virginia.
The home of the Virginia cross country teams, Panorama Farms was the site of the 2006 and 2007 ACC Cross Country Championships and the 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.
This is going to be an AWESOME event for runners, walkers, hikers and children as well as spectators.
We are including an exciting expo as we did in the past with a military vibe to inform and educate the general public as well as honoring and supporting our military community. Come and join our party and be part of this great event.

Please join us in supporting and celebrating the 15th Annual 4 Our Freedom 5K Run/Walk at Panorama Farms near Earlysville on Saturday morning, June 7, 2025.
ParadeRest Virginia, a local non-profit dedicated to our military, veterans, and their families, will once again administer the race with the support of our race committee.
After the success of our prior events, we are very excited to be back at Panorama Farms.
The 4 Our Freedom 5K is open to all runners and walkers. Panorama Farms is a championship cross country course where the views are spectacular and the route is fun and challenging. In addition to the in-person event, there is a “virtual” option for runners and walkers to participate from any location around the world during the entire month of June.
The 4 Our Freedom 5K provides important financial support to local nonprofits that directly serve our military, veterans, and their families that live in the central Virginia region. Over the past fourteen years, thousands of people have participated in this event and, thanks to your generosity, we have raised nearly $1,000,000 to support our military, veterans, and their families. The 2025 beneficiaries include: Wintergreen Adaptive Sports, Living Free Together, Blue Star Families of Central Virginia, and ParadeRest.
In addition to raising money for these amazing organizations, the event brings the community together. The race expo includes many sponsor booths, food, and even an antique fire truck. We also invite Veteran owned businesses to join us and display their wares.
