Description
Portal, inc celebrated 56 years of continuous service to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities earlier this year. Help us celebrate!! Enjoy some outdoor time with family and friends (safely and socially distanced) enjoying a run, a walk or a roll (roller blade, bicycle, wheelchair).
In light of the global pandemic and honoring the guidelines of social distancing, we're offering a variety of virtual events - running, walking, rolling, bicycling ... or whatever you want! Register today for what event is of interest to you and your family and friends!
Starting Friday, July 2, through Monday, July 19, you can participate by ...
- Run the traditional Fish Day 8K route
- Walk the traditional Fish Day 2 mile walk/fun run route
- Walk, Run or Roll a route of your choice - distance and location - you decide!
Or on Saturday, July 17, from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, gather a small group (up to eight individuals), select a designated time and walk the beautiful nature trail surrounding the Ascension Columbia St Mary's Ozaukee campus in Mequon. You MUST sign-up for a specific time slot via SignUpGenius, ie https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409094daaac2ea2f85-portal. Pre-registration for this event closes at 10:00 pm on Thursday, July 15. On-site walk-in registration available on Saturday, July 15, 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Thank you for participating! Although we'd love to see you all in person, enjoy some time outside with your family and friends.
