5K: The 5K is two loops of Long Leaf Park along the paved trail.

1.5 MILE: The 1.5 Mile is 1 loop of Long Leaf Park.

While dogs are allowed at Long Leaf Park, they are not permitted in the race.  For strollers and wheelchairs, the course does start and finish on the dirt/grass.
