Relay Leg 23: Millbury to Grafton
Start at 63 Canal St, Millbury and end at 24 Stowe Rd in Grafton. Starts w sidewalk on L, and sidewalks along Grafton St for 1st 1/2 mile, then turns to soft shoulder, road 30 mph. Careful crossing Rt 122/Providence Rd (traffic light, but no pedestrian signal or crosswalk). Decent hill here, sidewalk starts soon on left and into Grafton Center. Follow MA-140 S as it curves to the Left. This is a faster rd (40-45 mph) but there's a wide hard shoulder along this stretch. Ends at Stowe Rd. Total distance: 5.63 miles
