Description

Join us at Fleet Feet Lawrence for a 5k training group starting for the Prairie Moon Pumpkin Run on October 26.

The training group is a free 8 week program for beginning runners. The group will meet at our store 2 times per week and once on your own.

Our first session starts Saturday, August 31st at 9am at Fleet Feet Lawrence. Please have the Insight Timer app on your phone upon your arrival.
