Bends and Brews Pop Up Yoga Class

Join us on Sunday afternoon, February 12 at 4pm for a pop up yoga class at the KC Running Company store at 4760 W. 135th St. in Leawood, KS!  Yogis of all ability levels are welcome to join us for this fun event!  Participants will also get a chance to sample Martin City Brewing Company's popular Yoga Pants beer after the class! Registration is just $10 and all participants will get a $10 coupon for the KC Running Company store.  The class will be led by Sarah Buchanan, creator of Indulge KC (http://indulgekc.squarespace.com/) and a fitness leader with a wide area following.  This is going to be a fun class and we hope that you can join us!  Bring your own yoga mat and we will provide the rest!  Space is limited so sign up today!
