Description
All runs will start at Queen's Restaurant (inside Price Chopper) - 151st and Metcalf Ave. Cost is $15. You must also be a KCTC member.
Registration Includes:
Weekly training plan.
Mileage will increase slowly.
Saturday morning group runs with aid stations, water, and Gatorade
Guidance from a KCTC, RRCA certified coach
Meeting new running friends
