Description
Let your hair down and join us for this fun event recalling the days of peace and love! This new event will be held in Corporate Woods and will feature a groovy finishers medal and tie dye participant shirt for all registrants and far out age group and overall awards for the top finishers! This race is part of the Heartland 30K Series that includes the Plaza 10K and Boulevard 10K and offers Series participants a chance to pick up an extra Series medal for completing all three Series races!

Awards
Participants will compete for top overall male and female finishers, top male and female masters finishers, and top three male and female finishers in each of the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be the day before the race from 10am to 2pm at The Running Well Store inMartin City, MO. Leftovers from packet pickup will be taken to the race for pickup on race day. We will allow people to exchange their shirt for a different size after the race on race morning. If you do not pick up your race shirt at packet pickup or on race day, it is possible we won't have your size if you contact us about picking it up after the race. There will be no refunds for any reason.
Heartland 30K
The event will be a part of the Heartland 30K series, three 10Ks in three consecutive weekends! The other two races are the Plaza 10K on 9/8 and the Boulevard 10K on 9/22.. Learn more about the Heartland 30K at www.heartland30K.com
Finishers medal
All finishers will receive a custom finishers medal!
