During the week of May 11 - 16 participants are asked to complete a 5K. You can either run or walk. You can also break the 5K into smaller distances i.e. walk or run for a half mile at a time until you reach the 5K goal (3.1 miles). Customize to meet your families needs/age/schedule. Of course, we encourage everyone to complete the 5K on one session.
