Join us for the Campbellsville University Homecoming 5k presented by Campbellsville University and the Campbellsville Running Club. This year we will also host a virtual option! All proceeds and donations will support CU Athletics.
The race will start and end in front of the Powell Athletic Center on CU's campus. All those interested are encouraged to register online, but walk ups are also welcome. On-site registration and packet pick up is 7am-8am at the Powell Athletic Center.
Official CU Homecoming apparel must be submitted by September 20th upon registration. Awards will be given to Overall Male and Female as well as Top Male/Female in each age group. All in-person participants will have their name placed in a raffle drawing (must be present to win)!
Gravel lot on the corner of Underwood St. & Chandler St. or near the tennis courts.
A virtual run is an event that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. You can record your activity of choice any day and time, but you must submit you results by 11:59 PM ON SATURDAY, 10/9/21.

NEW to the 2021 CU Homecoming 5k is the inaugural Team Challenge to determine if the Alumni, Students or Supporters will hoist the trophy and have bragging right for a full year!
HOW IT WORKS: Races are scored by assigning a point value for the place a runner finishes in. If a runner finishes first, he/she will earn 1 point. i.e. Finishing 25th would usually earn 25 points. The Team Challenge scoring is similar to golf in that the lowest score wins. A perfect score is 15 points, with the top five runners occupying the first five finishing positions.
*Team Challenge is for in-person registrants only. Each team is co-ed.
