Running Soles Boxing Day 5 Hour Run/Walk event

and....... Here we go again !
5 years ago we hosted a "day after Christmas" boxing day event out at Buffalo Lake and it was a total blast!!! this time around we are planning a 5 hour event for FREE as part of our scheduled Saturday morning coffee runs. It will be a 1.7 mile (ish) Urban Downtown Etown Loop.
This is a great way to burn-off all those xmas cookies consumed over the holidays ;)) Join us anytime between the hours of 8am-1pm and run for as long as you want. One hour, two, three, four or the entire time, is up to you!!

So what is Boxing Day??

No is not a boxing match or a fight.....Boxing Day is a holiday celebrated the day after Christmas Day. It originated in the United Kingdom and is celebrated in a number of countries that previously formed part of the British Empire. In many European countries sporting events take place on this day, soccer, hockey, rugby, cricket....just to name a few!

Here are at Running Soles we do what we love best! Run and or Walk or both!!! Join us Dec 26th for as long as you want from 8am-1pm!

There will be an Aid Station set up in front of the shop, feel free to bring anything you want to share with the #RSN Fam! Cookies and Bake goods are favorites;)
