We have recently had to close the section of Riverview Park where the Broadway Bridge is, due to the bridge's deterioration. This means Ward Oates is cut off from the rest of the park. The state is currently expediting the process for complete removal of that bridge, and we anticipate that will happen sometime in September or early October.
Description
The 16th Good Shepherd Irish Run For The Gold Fun Run/Walk benefits the Visual and Performing Arts Programs of Good Shepherd Catholic School in Frankfort, KY.
The 3K will be held at Ward Oates Amphitheater @ Riverview Park Park, 404 Wilkinson Blvd, Frankfort, KY 40601. There will also be kids' games and food and beverage trucks at the event.
Run participants can earn a refund of up to $15 for referring 3 or more other participants.
