UK DPT 5K Race/Walk

The UK DPT 5K is a fundraiser to help support the 2018 University of Kentucky Doctorate of Physical Therapy students in Hazard, KY.

Location: Perry County Park

Race Day Itinerary:
8:45-9:15: Registration
9:30am: 5K Race Begins
10:45am: Awards

Male & Female Groups:
14 & under, 15-20, 21-25, 26-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

Registration Information:
Early (by 9/7/17) and a T-shirt: $20
Late (after 9/7/17): $25
Race Day (9/23/17): $25

Project CARAT will also be having an assistive device donation drive during the UK DPT 5K! Bring your gently used assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, canes, shower chairs, bedside commodes, etc) to the 5K. All equipment will be accepted and is greatly appreciated to help assist the local community!
