Creative Yoga and John's Run/Walk Shop have partnered to help you become a stronger, healthier runner! When you sign up through our event page, you will receive five discounted one-hour yoga sessions ($60 or $12/session) each Sunday at 1:30 from August 18th - September 15th. These sessions will be tailored towards runners with heated yoga sessions focused on stretching running-related muscle groups. This is the perfect opportunity if you're looking to supplement your fall marathon training, improve and strengthen your running form, or just be more active and feel better!
You can sign up now until August 12th to secure your spot and get the this incredible discount! Drop in sessions will be available after the first Sunday at a rate of $15/session. Participants are expected to bring their own yoga mat and block.
