Sprint for Scholarships 5K

The University of Kentucky Alumni Association invites you to take part in a 5K race to benefit scholarships, supporting UK students. ‘Sprint for Scholarships’ is an event open to the entire UK community. This is a family friendly function, so come out and enjoy the fun! 

With an overwhelming increase in the cost of education, we are partnering with YOU to work towards providing more scholarship opportunities for University of Kentucky students. The UK Alumni Association awards scholarships every year, to incoming freshman and continuing students, and we would like that number to grow. As a university partner, the face of philanthropy is changing. Each of us has the unique opportunity to impact the educational landscape of the future.

The entry fee is $25 for pre-registered attendees who register by the earlybird deadline of April 1. The price for all participants is $30 after April 1. Cost includes a bib with timing chip and T-shirt. T-shirts are only guaranteed for those that register by the April 1 deadline. Participants may run or walk in this event.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Sponsorship packages begin at $250.00. With this, you are guaranteed a spot on the event t-shirt and business logo used on advertisement at the event. All sponsorships go directly towards UK Alumni Association scholarship funds.
