Description
Date/Start Time: 10:00 AM Central time start. The brunch will begin at 11:30am.
Location: Farmer & Frenchman Winery (12522 US-41 Robards, KY 42452)
Course: The off-road, paved course will be approximately 3 Miles in length. If the course is wet on race day, there will be an alternate, shorter course. Half of the course is off road and the other paved road. (The off road portion consists of dirt, sod and gravel).
Cost:
1.) Fun Run/Walk Only $22 (deduct $5 for no Race Shirt Option)
2.) Brunch Buffet Only $50
3.) Fun Run/Walk + Brunch $62 (deduct $5 for no Race Shirt Option)

**For race day brunch, tax and gratuity is already included.
Additional Race Info:
1.) There will be a maximum of 125 participants allowed for this event.
2.) Shirts will not be guaranteed after event unless prior arrangements are made.
3.) For those who eat the brunch buffet, it will include brie en croute, fresh fruit, chicken and waffles, yogurt parfait, avocado and bacon toast, and quiche. Beverages include water, tea, coffee and juice. Wine, beer and other spirits available for purchase.
4.) A seating chart will be provided for brunch guests to easily find their seat. Please email TriStateFit@gmail.com to request for a group to be seated together.
5.) Non-brunch participants will not be able to join brunch guests. Non-brunch participants can access the winery side for post race drink purchases.
6.) All sales are final, no refunds.
Event Check-In: Farmer & Frenchman 9:00-9:45AM Central Time.
Timing: This will be an un-timed "fun run" race with no age group awards.
The Weather: If the grounds are extremely wet, there will be an alternate course on race day.
