Run! Zombies! 5K

This is a 5k zombie run challenge to raise funds for Cordula Claxton for medical and living expenses.  All proceeds will be donated to her.  Cordula has been employed at the Whitley County School System for 8 years.  You would have seen her smiling face greet you as cafeteria staff at Whitley County High School or at Whitley County Intermediate School.  She was always at Whitley County High School on Thanksgiving day to serve our community.  She is a very caring person that has always been there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs her.  Unfortunately, Cordula is battling stage four lung cancer.  This has made her unable to work.  We want to be able to give back to the woman who has done so much for others.  Please join us for this exciting Zombie Run.  Each runner will be given four flags at the start of the race.  Zombies will be lurking in "zombie zones" and try to take the runners flags.  If you finish with three flags, then you get a spooky treat. 

Registration starts at 3:30 p.m. on the day of the race.
