Resolution 5K Run/Walk 2015

Here's a smart resolution for the coming year: Start it off on a healthy foot at The 2015 Resolution 5k Run/Walk, Pikeville's first official 5K of 2015.  Now celebrating its 2nd year, this iconic event is an annual favorite with local running clubs and fitness enthusiast!!

We estimate 200 runners and walkers are expected to lace up on the first day of the New Year to Run or Walk at the Bob Amos Park.  The course begins at the Bob Amos Track, follows the multi-use trail to a half-way point then loops back to the finish line on the track.

All Proceeds will benefit Hillbilly Christmas in July, a local non-profit organization, working to fund the Shriner's Hospital for Children in Lexington.

• About the Beneficiary - Hillbilly Christmas in July
• Hillbilly Christmas in July is a non-profit organization with a sole purpose to help the Children of our area attend the Shriner's Hospital for Children.  The Children receive free medical treatment at the Hospital
