Join us for Recess at Rouzan, Baton Rouge’s premier community wellness event - where movement meets mindfulness and community.
Whether you're running, walking, or just exploring the latest in wellness, this is the official sign-up for everyone attending.
All participants must register here: walkers, runners, and wellness seekers alike!

⏰ Wellness event begins at: 8:00 AM
🏁 Walk/Run begins at: 8:45 AM
Our Social Run/Walk will wind through the beautiful Rouzan neighborhood, followed by a pop-up wellness and retail experience at The Everly.
This event is open to all ages and all fitness levels. Walkers are encouraged and welcome!
What to Expect:
- Outdoor wellness classes: yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and more
- A social walk/ run through the beautiful Rouzan neighborhood
- Local vendors showcasing recovery, fitness, nutrition, and wellness
- Local retailers for community support
- Product demos and exclusive giveaways
- A hands-on showcase of Recoop Wellness tools - including the launch of the Ellie Massage Gun
🎗 A portion of all proceeds will benefit The Iris Domestic Violence Center of Baton Rouge, supporting local survivors and families.
