This virtual 5K is dedicated to raise awareness for and support of Racing for Orphans With Down Syndrome. The event can be completed any time you want between now and 31 December, anywhere that is convienent for you! You can run, walk, hike, bike, skate, swim, row... anything you want. Want to count walking around your guy in Fallout 4 or you're orc in WoW... that's cool with me! Register and you're covered
I have accepted the challenge to be a charity runner during Walt Disney World's Dopey Challenge in January 2016. The challenge includes a 5K on Thursday, 10K on Friday, Half Marathon on Saturday, and a Full Marathon on Sunday. That's 48.6 miles in 4 days!
