It’s Movember in NOLA...

and we’re ready to help. The annual NOLA Stache Dash is a 2 mile fun run and tailgate, to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer at the nation’s only Musicians’ Clinic.

But you don’t have to walk or run in order to enjoy the event! The Tailgate for a
Cause is also a party with plenty of beer, bottomless bloody marys and mimosas, great food, live music and a moustache contest.

Proceeds from donations, sponsorships, raffles, auctions and tailgate passes
benefit patients of the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic. https://neworleansmusiciansclinic.org/

Every $100 raised will provide one prostate cancer screening for a local musician - regardless of that musicians’ insurance status.

So stop shaving now, grow your stache, and get in shape for the most fun run
of the year! Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in
each category, plus prizes for the Best Moustache and Beard.  

THE VENUE

Central City BBQ, located 8 blocks from the
Superdome at 1201 Rampart Street, is the
premier BBQ joint and entertainment venue in
New Orleans. With over 30,000 sq ft of outdoor
space, a permanent stage, and outdoor bar,
it’s the perfect place to tailgate before the big
game. Enjoy the Tailgate for a Cause, then stay
and watch the big game on one of their 15ft
Big Screen TVs in the Pit Room. Free parking
is available on the corner of Clio and South
Saratoga Street.

THE RACE

COURSE:               Begins at the Smokeyard at Central City BBQ
                                and loops around historic St. Charles Avenue.
STOPS:                  Every 1/4mile for beer, water, soft drinks.
REGISTRATION:   7:30am - 8:30am
STARTING GUN:   8:30am
CHECK IN:             All runners must be registered by 8:15 am
                               and wear an official race bib while on the
                               course. Race t-shirts will be given to the
                               first 150 entrants.

THE TAILGATE

Party with the Saints SupaFans, PussyFooters and more as we warm up for the
big game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tailgate tickets will include
unlimited beer, wine, bloody marys, brunch and live music by New Orleans’ own Parole
Violation. Wear your stache for the wacky and wild Mustache Contest and win the grand prize
trip for two to the Trinchero Family Estate in NAPA Valley (airfare not included).
