Warrior Witch

Commit to having fun, moving and celebrating the fall season!  This challenge consists of 30 days of movement.  Physical exercise is so important when looking to improve your mental health.  With the weather getting nicer, you pick what you want to do for the challenge.  Walking a mile, running, yoga, workouts, stretches, dancing, you decide and get creative.  The more time spent outside the better.  All you have to do is commit to 30 days of the movement of your choice.  Everyone who enters receives a t shirt. If you post a picture of you dressed up in a festive costume, you get a bonus IWA decal.  Let's start the autumn season off right, raising money for a wonderful cause and moving your body more.  All proceeds go to Integrative Warrior Assistance, a 501c3 non-profit providing mental health support for firs responders and their families.
