Relay For Life of Evangeline Parish: 3K Fun Run/Walk

An exciting and family-friendly 3K Fun Run/Walk benefitting Relay For Life of Evangeline Parish. Our Fun Run/Walk will be Saturday, November 1, 2014 in Ville Platte, LA.

-Registration/ Check-In: 8:00AM
-Opening Ceremony/Race Start: 9:00AM

Registration cost is $25 per person. All proceeds for the race will go directly to the American Cancer Society's mission of helping people stay well, get well, and fight cancer. -Early registration is open now through October 31, 2014. Receive a free Relay For Life t-shirt when you register early* (*while supplies last).

-Registration will remain open on this website until 12:00pm on Friday, October 31. If you would like to participate in the race but miss the online registration deadline, head on over to the event for a race-day registration! We will be accepting race-day in-person registrations at the event from 8:00-9:00AM. 

We will be selling Suns and Stars/Moons at the race for $1 and $2 each, respectively! Be sure to bring extra money to purchase your own Sun or Stars/Moon as a way to honor a loved one who has had cancer touch their life.

Don't throw out those Halloween costumes just yet!  If you plan to attend the run/walk, bring your child(ren) in costume for the COSTUME CONTEST!  While on the walk, children will show off their costumes to everyone they see!  

- If you plan to run instead of walk and can't keep an eye on your child, no problem!  Bring along a friend to walk with your child at no extra entry fee cost. 

-Please be aware that the costume contest is only open to those children who have a parent participating in the run/walk.  The parent participating can designate someone to watch over their child who is not a participant to ensure the child's safety while the parent is participating
