Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you at the event. Due to the nature of a trail run and smaller space PLEASE be mindful and courteous at the start area and on the trail not to impede anyone else’s participation in the event. Please do not allow your pet to jump on others. Eastside Racing Company reserves the right to handle this issue on a case by case basis.

A trail run covers terrain that is on uneven and bumpy ground. Depending on your type of stroller or baby jogger and your personal preference, the decision is yours. When strollers are at the starting line we ask that you place yourself according to the pace you will run and maybe to one side or another to allow other runners to move freely around you to ensure a safe start for all.
Distance changes are permitted, provided space is available. Contact us before race day to make the change. If you change distances on the day of the event please let us know prior to picking up your bib. If it is a mid-race decision, please let us know at the finish area so your results do not end up in the wrong event and cause issues.
