Teaching Method: Class takes place in real-time in a classroom setting, with an in-person instructor providing a dynamic mixture of seminar-style and lecture-based teaching, with group work, role play, and individual exercises.

Overnight
You will be asked to sketch out training plans based on the Case Studies introduced in Day One. This informal and ungraded assignment asks you to apply materials from Day One to prepare for Day Two's group work.

• The Business of Coaching
• Sports Psychology
• Building Programs, Part I
Lunch Break -- 35 minutes to get food and recharge yourself
• Building Programs, Part II
• Supplemental, as time allows: Form, Injuries, Nutrition
• Conclusions, Attendance, and Next Steps

NOTE: While every cohort receives the same curriculum, every class experience has a different dynamic, so the specific schedule may be modified to suit the specific needs of the weekend program.
