Can't make it to packet pickup?  A friend or family can pick up for you. You can also pick up on the morning of the race.  However, we strongly encourage you to pick up early to avoid race day lines and added stress. 

**TEAMS**

There is NOT a separate Team Pickup.  Individuals are responsible for getting their own packet at one of the two packet pickups listed below, or on race morning at the Start Line.

The event starts and finishes on Cape Fear Boulevard near the Carolina Beach Boardwalk Stage in Carolina Beach, NC.
You can use 112 Cape Fear Blvd, Carolina Beach, NC 28428 as a point for GPS directions. 


7:00 AM - Registration Opens 
7:45 AM - Survivors & Fighters Picture at the Start Line
8:00 AM - 10K Starts 
8:15 AM - 5K Starts 
9:30 AM - Awards

*The Lo Tide Run will take place rain or shine.  Event will be held March 15, 2026 if there is severe weather or thunderstorms.
