It’s that time of year again when everyone starts thinking about the weight they gained over the holidays or how they would like to be a better, more healthier person in the coming year. Perhaps you used to be a runner…perhaps you’ve always wanted to do a 5k…Well, now’s your chance! Get off your butt and do the resolution run!
The first 100 finishers will receive a 5K medal on a ribbon! This is a VIRTUAL fun run/walk. You can do this anywhere you want, when whenever, and wherever is convenient for you and on your own terms!
The proceeds from this event will benefit a 2015 nursing class.

How do you complete the challenge? Simple!
You may complete the distance by running, walking, by wheelchair, elliptical, or treadmill.
You do not need to submit proof of time, so the race is on the honor system. But if you want to submit your times or pictures or whatever you want, that'd be awesome! The first 100 registers will get the medal shipped to their house. If there is more demand, we may have additional medals, but they are not guaranteed.
