WHAT:
Start your day with purpose and energy at our beautiful 6-lane, 25-yard outdoor pool. Whether you're new to Masters swimming or a former collegiate athlete, every workout is designed to challenge and support you. Come swim with a great group of people and get stronger in the water!

WHEN:
June through September
Every Tuesday & Thursday morning
6:00 AM – 7:15 AM

WHO IT’S FOR:
Swimmers age 18 and up who can swim 100 yards freestyle (4 lengths) in 1:50 or faster.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each practice includes a warm-up followed by two to three sets focused on building fitness, speed, and endurance. Most workouts average around 3,000 yards.

COACH BILL BURNETT:
Bill became Head Coach of the Masters Team in 2022, taking over from longtime coach and team founder Jim Zotz. Under Bill’s leadership, the team has grown, consistently filling all 45+ spots each summer. Bill is a DIII All-American swimmer from Ohio Wesleyan University, owner of Goldfish Swim School in Rockland, and Founder of the Cohasset Triathlon.

Full Season (28 practices): $250
Half Season (14 practices): $175
