Heal and Grow 5k for Ceara - VIRTUAL

Walk, run, bike, drive, swim, however you want to participate all are welcome!

Show your support by completing a 5k any time from now to June 27th in Ceara's honor. Be sure to post photos of you or the beautiful scenery on your run/walk to Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #HealandGrow5kforCeara

This virtual 5k is being held to show support for a runner in need, Ceara. Raised by a family of runners, Ceara was practically born running and has always held a deep love for the sport. Like many of us, Ceara has been struggling to cope with the challenges brought on by this past year (and life in general). She is currently getting professional help at a facility that can give her the care she desperately needs. Her father has been keeping her up-to-date on all of the support she has been receiving from family and friends and we know that she is happy to see everyone coming together to support a good cause. What could possibly make her happier? Watching us sweat it out over a mileage she was running when she was only ten!

Our goal is to raise awareness for mental health and provide the funds Ceara needs to get the help she deserves.

We are consecutively running a giveaway for anyone who donates at least $25 to the GoFundMe campaign set up by Ceara's family to help pay for the cost of the facility that Ceara is at. The prize is a handmade quilt by cassianjanay.

To enter for the prize, you must donate at least $25 and you must send a screenshot/email proof to cassianjanay@gmail.com or send a message to @cassianjanay on Instagram. The winner will be announced on Instagram on 6/27/2021 at 5pm (EDT).
