Description
Join as for an evening of meditation and pre-race visualization to get your mind and body ready for your big day! This class will be led by the fabulous Billy from Sweat Power Yoga. This class is limited to 30 participants so be sure to register early!
Meditation is a deliberate training that awakens us beyond the conditional mind and habitual thinking, and reveals the true nature of reality. The class will feature the following practices:
- Mindfulness to increase awareness, bring attention to breath, and body scans.
- Metta (aka "Loving Kindness" to increase compassion and direct kindness to yourself and others.
- Mantra to increase focus and concentration and naturally relax the mind.
