Join us for a Six (6) week series of trainings with Kristin Su, Certified Personal Trainer.
The sessions will be held on Monday evenings at 6:00 pm, starting on January 11, 2021 and cover a series of topics such as strength training, injury prevention, proper stretching, nutrition for runners. Participants will be able to give input into topics they would like to see covered. The sessions will be held via Zoom and last one hour (including time for Q&A).
