8:00 am Check-in / bib pick up and onsite registration; Nipmuc Regional High School (90 Pleasant St)
9:45 am Post Registration closes
9:50 am Head out to starting line
10:00 am Race start time
12:15 pm (approx.) Awards Ceremony

Please follow the instructions from our on-site parking volunteers. Parking will be available at both the Nipmuc High School (90 Pleasant St, Upton, MA 01568) main parking lot, which is adjacent to the Start/Finish / Check-In Areas as well as across Pleasant St at the Blackstone Valley Technical (BVT) HS lots adjacent to the BVT softball field, track, and school (a short 5-10-minute walk from the Check-In Area) 

DO NOT PARK ON ANY ROADWAY UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO BY A PARKING VOLUNTEER

Race-Day Schedule: 

8:00 AM - Check-In and Bib Pick Up Opens
9:55 AM - National Anthem at START Area
10:00 AM – Race Start
12:15 PM – Award Ceremony Begins
12:45 PM - Post-Race Gathering at Rushford and Sons Brewhouse, 8 Grove St, Upton, MA 01568 – a short (< 5-minute) drive from the Race venue.

This year we are pleased to once again add our event to the USATF-NE Grand Prix series as the 15K Championship.

Composed of seven USATF-NE Championship events, the series offers the best in open and age group competition in the four state region with both club and individual scoring.   All 2025 championships drew over 400 USATF-NE members (several with over 500) covering open ages through age 91 so there will be plenty of quality participants.

Club Tents only allowed on lawn and patio areas in front of cafeteria.  (not in the the parking lots).  Be sure that all tents are well secured via stakes and/or weights.

Please - NO ALCOHOL on School grounds, buildings, parking lots, etc! 

Rest Rooms: Available both inside the school (adjacent to the main entrance lobby) as well as several portable rest rooms near the START area)

All awards duplicated for Male & Female,  No “double dipping”

age group awards are based on net (chip) time

Cool-down: Please limit any cool-down running to the SIDEWALKS on the SCHOOL SIDE (South) of the 4-way stop sign at Pleasant St and Mendon St (mile 0.5 and 8.6 of the race course). In no event, should runners be approaching this intersection after they have completed the race. Cool down is available at the Blackstone Valley Technical HS track and any adjacent local side-roads. If runners wish to cheer on teammates who are coming toward the finish, they should remain on the SIDEWALKS on either side of Pleasant St and not be running on the course road against oncoming athletes in the race.
