Moving Forward for Families

Tue June 1 - Wed June 30 Your Town, MA 01026 US

Wherever YOU want to go!
Your Town, MA US 01026

Join us as we move forward for families! This June we're taking our bikes, trikes, blades, and strollers out into the fresh air to raise funds for It Takes a Village, a local nonprofit that provides free postpartum support to families in Western Mass.

Step 1: Set a goal!

Do you want to walk 1 mile per day? Bike 10 miles each week? Set yourself a goal - your supporters will help you stick to it! Click "Sign Up" to get started.

Step 2: As for support

As your community to keep you on track AND support families in our community at the same time. They can pledge per mile, or a one-time donation. You'll be able to upload your progress and see your impact!
Know someone else who might like to get moving? Invite them to join too!

Step 3: Get moving!

Walk, run, hike, push a stroller, bike, roller-blade - anything! Upload your progress, share your progress, and keep moving!

Step 4: Celebrate!

On Saturday, June 26 (rain date, June 27), join us for a socially-distanced group ride/walk on the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail in Cheshire, MA. We'll celebrate our success and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the train.

It Takes a Village provides free postpartum support for families across Western Mass. Funds raised will go to It Takes a Village's support programs -- Home Visits for new families in the Hilltowns, the Village Closet donation center in Huntington, and the Parent Support and Education program of free groups and educational workshops.
