Festival of Hope Glo-Run 3K Run/Walk

Race Venue

1. Where will be the race be held?  At B. Michael Caudill Middle School at 1428 Dr Robert R Martin Bypass, Richmond, KY 40475.
2. What time does the race start?  The 3K Run/Walk will start at 8:00 pm.
3. What time should I arrive?  Please arrive at least one hour before the race start time.
4. Where will I park?  Parking is available in the main parking areas on the school property.  Plan to enter the school property from State Highway 1986 N.
5. Are there any restrictions at the race venue? No strollers please. The last mile of the course is a "cross country" section that is NOT stroller friendly.

Race Registration

1. When does online registration close?  Online registration will remain open until Thursday, June 7th at 3:00 pm.
2. Can I register on race day?  Yes! Race day registration will be available.  Cash or checks only please.
3. What do I get for my registration fee? Your registration fee includes your race number and a race t-shirt.
4. Is there a benefiting charity?  Yes, all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
5. Can I get a refund of my registration fee? Sorry. Registration fees are non-refundable.
6. Should I register my young children? Small children that can't run or walk the 3K need not be registered.  Only registered participants will receive a race number and race t-shirt.

Race Participation

1. When can I get my race t-shirt and race number?  On race day starting at 6:00 pm at the race site. 
2. Can I view a course map?  Yes. Click here to view the course map. NOTE: The course has a cross country section before finishing on the school track.
3. Is the course totally on hard surfaces?  No. The course starts on the paved surfaces surrounding the school, then changes to a cross country section, the finishes on the school track!
4. Is the course suitable for strollers?  No. The cross country section of the course is NOT stroller friendly.
5. Can I walk the race?  Yes! Walkers are welcome.
6. Can I bring my dog?  No.  Please leave your pets at home.
7. Are there other restrictions? TBD. More information coming...

1. Will the race be timed?  Yes, the race timing will be provided by 3 Way Racing.
2. Will awards be presented after the race?  Awards are TBD at this time.
