Start your New Year with purpose at the Resolution Run 5K and 1-Mile Walk, returning to Patterson Park on January 1!Â
This beloved Baltimore tradition kicks off the year with community, connection, and a healthy dose of fresh air, all while supporting a vital local cause.
Your participation directly benefits Earl’s Place, a transitional housing program helping men experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives with dignity and support. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, you’ll be part of something meaningful.

-Expertly measured and marked course inside Patterson Park with one water stop.
-Professional chip timing and scoring with live, online results.
-Finish line video footage will be available after the event conclusion.

Calling all Baltimore creatives and artists!Â
We are looking for unique and locally crafted awards. Please use the contact form to reach out and start a conversation with us. We can't wait to hear from you!
The 5K event will award prizes to top Female, Non-Binary and Male finishers as well as top age group finishers in each gender category as well. More details will be provided closer to the event date.
- Top 1 Male, Female and Non-Binary Finishers in the 5K will each receive a photograph taken by an Earl's Place Resident.
- Top 1 Male, Female and NB Finishers in each 5K age group will receive a hand crafted magnet from local artist, Magan Ruthke.
